Violation of occupational safety measures:
The occupational safety administration fines those natural persons or persons who violate the measures related to the performance of work and health safety defined in their scope of duties. The law states that the person or organization responsible for implementing the coordination obligation who fails to fulfill the requirements and thereby endangers the life and physical integrity of the worker will be subject to court action by the occupational safety administration.
At workplaces where employees employed by various employers work, coordination must be ensured so that it does not pose a risk to those working there and those within its jurisdiction in any way. In the interest of coordination, employees and safety representatives must be informed about health and safety risks and prevention.
Not only the contractor, but also the actual controller or the person bearing responsibility is responsible for the coordination. People involved in occupational safety coordination can be customers, visitors, or residents. During work processes in an institution, workers who enter daily during renovation work are considered to be within the jurisdiction.
If multiple employees are working at the same time, coordination obligation is important in relation to employers and employees. The labor safety authority examines the content of contracts and which company the employee is working with.
Safety coordination experts carry out the administration of tasks arising from safety, safety inspections, machines declared dangerous, and the physical integrity of the workers, and the safe coordination of work done simultaneously.
