QMS (Quality Management System)
The QMS AUDIT outlines the requirements of the quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standard.
The 9001 standard contains requirements for the documentation and operation of quality management systems.
The QMS AUDIT is a widely adopted standard in all areas of the economic sector.
Nowadays, it is receiving increasing emphasis, due to the continuous growth of market demand and supply, along with the emergence of numerous new but identical products.
The ISO 9001 standard governs those processes that should be monitored to maintain the highest standards.
EMS (Environmental Management System)
The EMS, or Environmental Management System, aims to operate effectively to reduce environmental pollution and prevent environmental burdens by utilizing natural resources while minimizing their impact. By using resources economically, we can reduce our expenses and avoid fines, thereby operating more efficiently. This is certified by the ISO 14001 standard, which aims to align environmental protection and pollution prevention with economic, social, and legal requirements.
OHSMS (Occupational Health and Safety Management System)
Workplace health protection and safety management systems are one of the most important factors in a company’s operations. The financial, regulatory, and legal implications of illnesses and personal injuries are significant. By implementing a health and safety management system, we can create conditions for safe working, accurately assess risks, and take necessary measures to reduce risks and prevent accidents. OHSMS is the ISO 45001 system, which aims to reduce the risk of injuries, accidents, and illnesses
The QMS/EMS/OHSMS AUDIT is a triple integrated management system.
It represents the joint operation of environmental, workplace health protection and safety management systems. These are standard systems that comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
By operating the QMS/EMS/OHSMS AUDIT management system, internal audits, training, goals, and programs can be conducted simultaneously.
The Process of Implementing the Management System:
Discussion and Initial State Assessment. The aim is to evaluate the existing condition, understand the company culture, and map out expectations. This includes discussing resources, deadlines, tasks, and responsibilities. The integrated system considers established practices, existing elements of quality management, and the requirements of regulations.
When developing the policy for the QMS/EMS/OHSMS AUDIT triple integrated management system, the quality, environmental, and safety objectives serve as fundamental action principles.
Every process of the company must be analyzed from various perspectives. We will assess the operation of existing processes, documents, certifications, and operational instructions.
QMS/EMS/OHSMS Goals, Programs, and Measures
The goals of QMS, EMS, and OHSMS must be broken down into specific programs and measures that implement these goals. They should be designed to ensure that the integrated objectives are achievable and can be incorporated into practice.
After establishing the triple integrated system, documenting the processes, and identifying related responsibilities, the documentation system will be completed, along with the associated forms and templates. We will evaluate the measurement and analysis through AUDITs. In the case of discrepancies, a preventive measure is needed, which will be developed based on risk assessment.
The Process of Conducting MIR/KIR/MEBIR AUDIT:
