"Vanderlande is the global market leader for value-added logistic process automation at airports, and in the parcel market. The company is also a leading supplier of process automation solutions for warehouses. For LEGO at Nyiregyhaza, Hungary Vanderlande has supplied a full automatic warehouse for transport of pallets and boxes. With automated cranes and robots to stack boxes on pallets, Vanderlande is making at this moment with their partners a new extension inside the LEGO factory at Nyiregyhaza.
One of these partners is ProEhs Group Kft from Eger, who is responsible for all Health & Safety activities on Site. ProEhs has permanent during the project a representative H&S Officer on Site, who has close communication with the responsible Site Managers to arrange as smooth as possible and on time all necessary documents like permit to work, medical checks, toolboxes, work safety inspections, access badges for labor and arranging transport of all trucks with materials for off-loading. On daily base a short H&S meeting is held, to inform the customer and other companies which activities this day will be pass by Vanderlande."
